Duties and responsibilities:
A Women's Healthcare Nurse Practitioner is responsible for managing a number of patient care issues in an outpatient obstetrics & gynecology setting.
We require a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner who can provide comprehensive quality care including but not limited to annual exams, birth control and family planning, supervision throughout pregnancy, care during perimenopause and menopause, IUD and contraceptive implant insertion and removal, management of STI’s, and urinary incontinence.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years working as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner
WHNP-BC highly desired.
Experience with usage and standards of a current EMR system
Ability to provide quality care in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Recording a patients’ medical histories and symptoms
Performing physical exams and observing women
Creating patient care plans or contributing to existing plans
Performing and ordering diagnostic tests
Diagnosing various health problems
Analyzing test results or changes in a patient’s condition
Giving patients medicines and treatments and evaluating their response
Consulting with doctors and other healthcare professionals

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
