REMOTE (must reside in Phoenix area) 

We are looking for a high-energy, experienced, Physician Recruiter to join the team. Being a Recruiter is not an 8-5 job, especially in the current market. The Physician Recruiter is responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal clients, vendors and sources to assist with the companies hiring efforts

  • Developing and executing materials that promote the company to assist with recruiting

  • Developing sourcing strategies based on market to ensure a proper pipeline of qualified candidates

  • Developing and executing performance measurement instruments for the recruitment function by tracking candidate flow in the Applicant Tracking System

  • Conducting all recruitment activities for physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners to include posting positions on various websites and attending provider association events

  • Reviewing and selecting applicants who meet at least the minimum qualifications of the job

  • Conducting safe, legal and effective phone interviews for those candidates who have successfully met the minimum qualifications

  • Coordinating with hiring medical leaders to arrange face-to-face interview

  • Establishing and maintaining an open line of communication with medical and operations leaders

  • Presenting offer to provider candidates and coordinating on-boarding processes

  • Coordinating with the Human Resources and Credentialing teams to ensure pre-employment/on-boarding processes are completed

  • Acting as the Human Resources point-of-contact for all provider staff

  • Preparing and communicating termination letters for those not fulfilling their agreements

  • Completing employment agreement addendums

  • Assisting Medical Leadership team with various projects

You must have:

  • Bachelors Degree

  • 5 or more years’ experience recruiting Physicians

  • General knowledge of labor relations & employment law

  • Computer skill proficiency (i.e. Microsoft Excel & Word, Adobe, etc.)

  • Strong leadership qualities

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • A tenacious, empathic, and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to source, vet, and secure superior talent for one of the Valley’s largest, non-profit healthcare clinics
